What does it cost?
We charge 2%.*
Is there a purchase price or monthly subscription fee?
No. The only time we charge money is when you make money. We earn 2% from retailers. Vendors are always free.
What if I want to accept the payments directly?
Some of the benefits might not integrate as well, but this is not a problem. In this case, we would bill you monthly at 2.5% instead of 2%.
Does Repair Trak integrate with other software?
At this time, it does not. What it can do is produce a periodic report that you can upload into whatever software you use.
Will it recognize existing customers and their history?
If you send us a report in CSV format, we can pre-populate Repair Trak with your customers.
Is it secure?
Repair Trak was designed using best practices to make sure it stays as secure as possible. We also run regular backups as an added safety measure.
